Content Engine v1 is a downloadable digital toolkit. When purchases are enabled, Lemon Squeezy will process payments as merchant of record and handle transaction-related requests through its systems.

If you experience a failed download, an incorrect purchase or a file that does not match the product description, contact us so the issue can be investigated. Refund requests are subject to applicable consumer protection law, the merchant-of-record process and the purchase terms displayed at checkout. This page does not waive statutory rights.

We do not claim an unconditional refund period that has not been approved. Any specific refund window must be confirmed and published before live sales.
